Very important islamic information

A Shia belonged to a great scholarly family in terms of his religion. He also had a lot of information. According to him, no cleric has the answer to these questions of mine.

When I met him, his every act showed the hatred and contempt for the scholars and even the Companions.

As the host, I sat down with great manners.

According to him, his first question was very lively and that is why you consider Abu Bakr as the caliph of the Prophet. We don’t consider Abu Bakr as Caliph and Messenger because he did not give his right to the Lady of the Universe, Lady of Paradise, but usurped his right.

I said, just say what you want to say. And explain this right, what was that right?

He said, Bagh Fadak; Which was left by the Prophet ﷺ as an inheritance. It was supposed to meet Fatimah, the daughter of Prophet ﷺ. But that garden was not given to her by Abu Bakr.

This is not only my claim, but I have such weighty arguments from the books of every religion that none of your scholars can deny this claim.

He said this in a very confident and strong manner.

He further said that this is enough to prove my point that Bagh Fadak; It is still under the control of the Saudi government. And it is devoted to government expenditure. This is the proof that until today the Messengers have not received their right.

Now tell me who did this to the Messengers, how can we accept them as Caliphs and Messengers?

I listened to his conversation with great patience. And hearing his objection, I asked whether your question is complete or is there anything left?
He said my question is complete now you answer.

I said: Who do you believe to be the first caliph after the Prophet ﷺ?

He said, “We consider Maula Ali as the Caliph without a crop.”

I said that the protection of the lives and property of the people and their rights is the responsibility of the Caliph of the Muslims and no one else. And they are objecting to Sayyidna Abu Bakr (RA). Either consider Abu Bakr as the first caliph, then you have some justification for objecting to him, otherwise you can object to those whom you consider as the first caliph, that during the time of your caliphate, Khatun Jannat. Why was the right of God killed?

Hearing my words, he felt a shock of surprise, but at the same time he managed himself and said yes, the fact is that with us, the caliphate of Maula Ali begins after the appearance of his three caliphs. It is considered as usurpation, that is, your three caliphs had apparently usurped the caliphate of Maula Ali. Therefore Mullah Ali was forced at that time, how could he give this right?

After hearing this explanation, I said, my dear! To my surprise, you have added on the one hand, your belief that Mullah Ali is a troublemaker. It is strange that you have mentioned one after another hardships in his house, that is, his wife Ms. Haq was killed, but he was forced and he could not relieve her hardships. Then their own right (Khilafah) was usurped, but they could not even solve their own problems. Either deny their hardships and if you consider them as hardships, then stop saying these fabricated things that the powerful had usurped their rights.

The second thing is that even if it is accepted by you that the Companions of the Three Companions had usurped their caliphate, now the question is that after the three Caliphs, when Ameer al-Mu’minin Ali (RA) received the apparent caliphate. And after his martyrdom, his son Sayyidna Hasan became the caliph, did he take Bagh Fadak at that time?
